We all love customizing our game characters and accounts.  The Modern Warfare series has let us do that since CoD4, and continues to allow it in MW3 with customizable titles and emblems that you can unlock.  These emblems and titles will be tied to your account and show up as you navigate the menus, as well as pop up during certain points within the game.

A subsection of the titles (numbers 1-24) are simple rank unlocks.  The rest of them are tied to challenges and cannot be unlocked until the relevant challenges are completed.
