MW3 Perks Complete List

Over the past few weeks there has been much speculation and many rumors regarding which perks would be available in Modern Warfare 3. At Call of Duty XP the final and complete list of Modern Warfare 3 perks was finally revealed, which you can find below.
There are some notable perks from past games missing. Last Stand is gone, as are One Man Army and Commando. OMA and Commando are gone because they were abused so much (really, who likes teleporting knifers?), while Last Stand was just annoying. Additionally, it appears that Extreme Conditioning Pro no longer gives you unlimited sprint.
